Windows 10 / 11 connection via quick Assist

Please follow the below steps to allow a remote connection to your computer:

  1. Make sure your service provider has generated a code for your Quick Assist session
  2. Click on the Start Button and type “Quick Assist”. It should find it after just typing the word “quick”: SearchForQuickAssist
  3. Type the security code provided by your support agent (from step 1)
