Windows 10 / 11 connection via quick Assist
Please follow the below steps to allow a remote connection to your computer:
- Make sure your service provider has generated a code for your Quick Assist session
- Click on the Start Button and type “Quick Assist”. It should find it after just typing the word “quick”:
- Type the security code provided by your support agent (from step 1)
